Our focus for the week of 10/30:
Reading: “Flowers” – high frequency words (have, is, little, am, I) , beginning and middle sound Aa, compare/contrast, nouns, label, classify.
Phonics: Beginning sounds Gg, Oo.
Writing: Write sentences
Math: Patterns
Religion: All Saints Day, Special Days and Seasons.
Social Studies: Seasons
Science: Pumpkin fun!!
11/3 – Turkey Project Due
Reminders:
10/31 – Tuesday – Halloween Parade 9:00 am back parking lot followed by Halloween Party . Students wear costumes, no uniforms.
11/3 – Friday – Early dismissal 11:55a.m. aftercare is available. Students need just a snack unless attending aftercare.
11/3 – Friday – Tag Day $1 dress down.
11/3 – Friday – Turkey Project Due
11/7 – Tuesday – Class Pictures, students wear school uniform.
11/8 – Wednesday – Individual Pictures, students may wear their own clothing or school uniform.
K-1 (Pastabilities) Tricky Tray Basket Donations due 11/9.
