Hello families!
It was wonderful to meet all students in class 4A today. Below are a few reminders:
- all hard cover text books should be covered with either book sox or paper cover
- please send in $5 for student planner
- please bring in a snack and water for our break time
- all students should have a book to read
- Powerschool sign up (for parents to check grades)
- emergency / handbook / health forms need to be completed and returned to school
- Dismissal time: Flagpole door on the West side of the school
As I noted yesterday, class supplies (tissues, paper towels, wipes) can be brought in gradually. Thank you to those who brought in those necessary items today. Students’ supplies (art box, crayons, pencils, paper, notebooks, book sox, etc.) however are needed ASAP. Art boxes should be the size of a shoebox. Students have Art class on Thursdays beginning tomorrow.
Computer / Technology class requires headphones. Please place in a clear ziplock bag with your child’s name. Each student has a separate shelf to keep their hard cover books, art box and headphones.
When sending in cash…tag day, pizza lunches, etc. please place in an envelope with your child’s name and the person who is the recipient. The Thursday folder on the school’s website will contain all information to keep families up to date on any special events that may require a cost. All are asked to check the Thursday folder weekly.
