Happy Wednesday!
I cannot believe that we are already in February. I just wanted to announce a few important dates that are coming up:
February 12th is our 100th day of school. Please make sure to bring in your 100th-day project on this day.
February 13th is when we will be having our Valentine’s Day party. If you have any treats that you would like to bring for Valentine’s Day, please bring them on the 13th. We will have a Valentine’s Day-themed $1.00 tag day.
February 14th is Ash Wednesday. We will be having a mass together as a school to celebrate the beginning of the season of Lent.
February 22nd at 5 pm students will have their practice for their First Reconciliation.
February 24th at 2 pm students will receive their First Reconciliation.
February 25th we will have our Open House from 1 pm-3 pm.
Our Gertrude Hawk Candy sale also began yesterday! If you need a form please reach out to me on ClassDojo.
I’d also like to announce that our communion banners have arrived! I am only waiting for a few more payments. As per Mrs. Durocher’s request, we will be completing these banners in school as an activity for Religion, rather than as a take-home project. Mrs.Durocher would also like to keep these banners in school until the date of their communion. You can take the communion banners home after their first holy communion.
