Everything that a child encounters in his/her school day from the minute the student enters the school building until he/she leaves to go home is considered curriculum. This includes classroom experiences, lunchroom, gym, recess and prayer as well as any other activity that occurs during the school day. Whatever a child encounters in school is part of the curriculum.

As part of our challenging core curriculum, Sacred Heart School prepares students to compete in today’s high-tech world. Each of our classrooms is equipped with computers and students beginning in kindergarten complete formal courses in computer science in our fully equipped computer lab with Internet access. Laptops are also available for use by students and teachers.
